Shahid Afridi Tests Positive for Covid-19

Pakistans former cricketer Shahid Afridi has confirmed that he is covid-19 positive and asked for the people prayers for his recovery. The news came out when Shahid Afridi tweeted on his twitter account that he had been having body pain since Thursday and after the test results he has been tested positive of the corona virus. The news of Shahid Afridi being corona virus positive has definitely shaken the whole cricket industry.
On the following tweet many current and former cricket players replied showing their condolences and best wishes for a speedy recovery of the legend.

On his tweet, Misbah ul haq replied that Shahid Afridi is a true hero and he might have caught the virus during his social work. Misbah ul haq said that “My prayers are with him," Misbah then said "All well wishes are with him that he gets out of this soon.

Since the corona virus spread across Pakistan, Shahid Afridi stood out as a hero started helping people across the northern areas of Pakistan. He travelled to many remote areas of Baluchistan as well of Khyber Pakthunkhuwa for the purpose of charity that he does for his charitable trust “Shahid Afridi Foundation”. Shahid Afridi and his team had been distrusting ration bags from house to house in order to feed the needy people of both the provinces. In return the people used to kiss and hug him inorder to show a sign of gratitude and respect for the legend.

IPL delayed -  as In dia goes into the lockdown.     The 13th season of Indian Premier League faces further uncertainty, maybe even possible cancellation, as India entered into a three-week lockdown starting March 25. Like all the other activities around the world has stopped due to Covid   19 Cricket is also not in grounds due to the current situation in the whole world.
